To view a list of your organization's projects, select Project Management->Projects
Select 'Project Management->Projects to see a list of Projects. Tap the + icon to add a Project. Tap on a Project to edit or delete it.
Tap the Search icon on the list view to search for Projects.
Tap the Filter icon on the list view to filter Customers by Status or Customer.
Restrict Project Record Access
Projects can be restricted to specified employees. Projects which have been restricted are not available for the user to choose when making a selection, for example, when starting a Task or scheduling a Shift.
To restrict projects, check the 'Restrict Read Access to Selected Employees', then tap Select Employees. Choose employees to allow access to and then tap Done and Apply
A project status can be set to:
- Not Started
The project's status can be set to 'Request', 'Rejected' or 'Started', allowing lower level supervisor to request administrative approval for new projects.
Projects not yet started do not appear as a selection when employees start Tasks or schedule Shifts.
Projects which are Started appear as a selection when employees start Tasks or schedule Shifts.
Projects set to 'Completed' can be set back to 'Started' should they become active again.
