Skills

Skills allows administrators to characterize employee strengths and weaknesses. An employee can be assigned one or more Skills.

When scheduling Shifts, assigning Tasks, or filling a position , supervisors can find the best employee based on a specific set of necessary professional skills. For example, your organization may track job-specific skills, such as the level of ability to operate particular pieces of machinery, or how to use specific software used in your industry.

Skills can also be used by supervisors who need to evaluate their employees, so appropriate jobs, compensation and training programs can be provided.

Skills have Points which reflect the value of the Skill within your organization.
