Employee Indentity

An employee's Public Identity represents the minimum information required to allow them to be uniquely identified by others within your organization. This includes the employee's first, middle and last name, as well as their assigned Department and Location. It can also include Nicknames and Avatar pictures.

By default, employees with a permission group set to 'Supervisor' have access to the Public Identity of their subordinates. See 'Roles and Permissions' to restrict specific employees from reading or editing Employee Public Identities.
