The employee's Private Identifiers include information such as employee number, driver's license, date of birth and social security number.
The Punch Clock Access Code is a 6 digit number used to by the employee to gain access to shared punch clocks. It can be changed to any number not already in use by other employees. For example, the Access Code can be set to the employee's last few digits of their cell phone number.
